Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is committed to maintain the privacy of users / customers / third-parties. It is ensured that all the data submitted through website or mobile app is handled in accordance with Aviation Cyber Security Policy (Civil Aviation Authority Order-001-SCXX-1.0) and restricted to only employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you.

Management of Information

All information that is sent to us via mobile app of specific applications is encrypted using the standard security protocol Secure Socket Layer (SSL) during the transmission. The only information that is required by few mobile apps is Name, email and contact number which is protected ensuring the confidentiality and integrity principles.
