To extend welfare to the families of low paid employees at locations,

The objective of said association was to establish schools, hospitals and industrial homes at major Airports. As a result, schools were established at Airports of Karachi, Lahore and CATI, Hyderabad from 1983 to 1986.

To provide better knowledge and enhance the skills through which the students would upgrade their standard of living and find good opportunities in professional life.

Objective / Aim

The aim of this IDARA is to create a grooming center for all female of CAA (officers, staff, including daughter’s and wives of male &other outside ladies.

To provide trainings on IT, English etc besides providing them personal as well as professional grooming to lead a better life.

IHoD is striving through the Moto of “I AM TO LEARN” to achieve the objective regarding learning of different courses according to the new era / modern age

Current Status

  • Generation of finances are made thorough admission & Monthly fee of the courses (No financial support from CAA)
  • Total number of students 100 (approx)
  • Total Teachers 09 (only one on CAA pay roll)
  • Number of Courses 10
  • Summer camp / one day workshop
  • Profit of IHOD is deposited in its account after cutting all the expenses in regards of salaries, equipments and other necessities from income
  • Development of website & Documentary (In Final approach)

  • Quran Classes (Without Fee)
  • Stitching (Basic & advance)
  • Beautician (Basic, Advance, short Course and Professional)
  • Cooking (Basic & Advance)
  • Yoga
  • Art Work (Foil work, flower making, Applying Mehndi etc)
  • English Language

Existing Building

The existing building of Idara-e-Hunro Danish JIAP was renovated in 2015 by the Mrs. Muhammad Yousuf Chairperson CAAWA (wife of Mr. Muhammad Yusuf , Ex-DGCAA) and effort of present management which look after the activities of (IHOD).

Generation of Funds

  • Admission & Monthly fee of the courses
  • Few / some revenue generation from organizing Meena Bazar / Exhibition / Organizing Summer Camp / order work (Sewing / Stitching)


As this activity is being managed as welfare facility hence an Internal Audit is conducted on regular basis.
