To provide a mechanism for continuously monitoring the implementation of organizational
improvement process in Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, Strategic Management &
Research branch was established. The Strategic Management and Research (SM&R) Branch
looks after the organizational improvement, development and transformation process
and carries out these activities through the platform of Planning & Change Management.
